By booking services with B and B Cleaning Services, you agree to the following terms:


1. Description of Services

B and B Cleaning Services provides professional cleaning services for Residential Homes, Short-Term Rentals, and Office Spaces, as requested during scheduling.


2. Payment Policy

2.1 First-time clients: A 50% deposit is required at least 48 hours prior to the service date to confirm the appointment. The remaining balance is due immediately after service completion, upon receipt of the invoice.

2.2 Recurring or subsequent cleanings: Full payment is due immediately after service completion, upon receipt of the invoice.

2.3 Late payments: A $50 late fee will be applied for every 7-day period the invoice remains unpaid.

2.4 Billing assistance: Clients may contact our office directly for questions or support.


3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

3.1 Cancellations or rescheduling made at least 48 hours in advance: no fee.

3.2 Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 48 hours before the appointment: $30 fee.

3.3 Same-day cancellations, denied access to the property, or refusal at arrival: fee of 50% of the total service cost.

3.4 For recurring cleanings, skipped appointments will incur a $30 skip fee, added to the next scheduled service.

3.5 All requests must be submitted via phone call, text message, or email to our customer service team.

3.6 In the event of emergencies, fees may be waived at the company’s discretion.


4. Quality Guarantee

4.1 If you are not fully satisfied, you must notify us within 24 hours of service.

4.2 We will provide a complimentary re-cleaning to address the issue.

4.3 Access to the property must be granted within one business day (same-day return when possible).


5. Customer Responsibility

Clients are responsible for preparing the property prior to service and for informing the Company of any pre-existing damage, hazards, or special conditions that may affect service performance.


6. SMS Communications and Opt-Out

6.1 To stop receiving promotional or informational text messages, reply “STOP” to any message received.

6.3 Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.


7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 B and B Cleaning Services is not responsible for damages resulting from failure to disclose pre-existing conditions, damages, or hazards at the service location.

7.2 The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7.3 Liability is strictly limited to the total value of the service provided.


8. Acceptance of Terms

By scheduling any service with B and B Cleaning Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.



 

SMS TERMS OF SERVICE

By opting into the B and B Cleaning Services SMS Program, you agree to the following terms:


1. Program Description

B and B Cleaning Services provides SMS notifications for appointment confirmations, reminders, promotional offers, and other relevant communications related to our services.


2. Opt-Out Instructions

2.1 You may cancel the SMS service at any time by replying “STOP” to any message.

2.2 Upon receipt of “STOP,” you will receive a confirmation message, and you will no longer receive SMS communications from us.


3. Rejoining Instructions

3.1 To rejoin the SMS program, you must opt in again through our online form or other original subscription methods.

3.2 Once your re-subscription is confirmed, SMS communications will resume.


4. Help and Support

4.1 If you experience issues with the SMS program, reply with the keyword “HELP” to receive assistance.

5. Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
